Terms of Use
These terms describe the current BitStay marketplace test release.
This is an operational draft for product testing and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
1. Marketplace role
BitStay provides tools for users to publish, discover, save, and inquire about property listings. Unless a future checkout explicitly states otherwise, BitStay is not the property owner, broker, escrow agent, wallet provider, payment processor, insurer, or party to an agreement between users.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Public wallet addresses may be linked for convenience; wallet linking alone does not verify identity or control.
3. Listings
Listing owners must have authority to advertise the property and must keep descriptions, availability, prices, payment preferences, images, and legal status accurate. BitStay may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings, but moderation does not guarantee a listing or user.
4. Inquiries and transactions
The current release supports inquiries only and does not process, hold, convert, or release crypto or fiat payments. Users are responsible for written agreements, identity and property checks, sanctions screening where applicable, tax, licensing, title transfer, refunds, and compliance with local law.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not list property without authority, misrepresent verification, impersonate others, facilitate fraud or unlawful activity, distribute malware, scrape the service abusively, evade sanctions, or request seed phrases, private keys, or authentication codes.
6. Crypto risks
Digital assets may be volatile, technically complex, restricted, or irreversible. Network selection and wallet addresses must be independently verified. BitStay does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
7. Content and service changes
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant BitStay a non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, and promote it for operating the marketplace. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn during testing.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. BitStay does not guarantee users, listings, availability, transactions, or uninterrupted access. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Contact
Questions and notices may be sent to support@bitstay.travel. Governing law, dispute procedures, company identity, and jurisdiction-specific clauses must be finalized before commercial launch.
